Our policy lasts 30 days on Tumblers, Apparel and Hats. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We charge a 20% restocking fee on returned items.
Unfortunately, no returns are accepted on canvases due to their customized nature, all sales are final. Please be sure the information you provide for the canvas is correct. However, refunds/replacements (mentioned below) will be permitted for verified defects or workmanship.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Contact our Customer support team for return related inquiries.
Refunds (if applicable) :
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, but received the refund notification email from us, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted, normally 3-5 business days.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Please notify us within the first 24 hours of placing your order. Certain items may process faster than others, so we will need to know right way. Be sure to title your email with Cancellation so it can be easily spotted.
Once an order is in production, we are unable to cancel the order. Please contact our Customer Support Team as soon as possible.
Sale items (if applicable):
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded and are only eligible for store credit.
Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com.
**We do not accept exchanges on Canvases or masks, all sales are final.**
Due to high demand, if a style goes out of stock, it may be substituted with a similar brand in the same colors.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you, be sure to provide your email in your return.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver’s original payment method and the gift giver will find out about your return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, we are not responsible for lost or stolen return shipments.
Made to Order - How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders typically take about 14-21 business days to ship but please see the item description to get the most accurate time frame as may vary per product. All Patriots Republic orders are printed-on-demand and custom made individually when you order. We carry some stock in our top sellers for quick ships. Please see any special bulletins we may have posted in the banners.
Return to sender:
Please be sure to double check your address in checkout. We understand mistakes can happen.
- Canvases: If a canvas shipment is lost due to customer error providing us with incorrect shipping address or is returned to sender as undeliverable due to a customer error, we will not provide a refund.
- Tumblers, Apparel & Hats: When we receive a return to sender due to incorrect address/address errors, we will attempt to contact you via email. It is up to the customer to contact us back regarding the return to sender. The items will not be reshipped until the address has been verified, to avoid any further postage fees.
All requests for replacements must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date. All requests to replace damaged canvases must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date.
- Damaged Canvases: Please provide a photograph of the damage, which will be submitted for review. We will need a clear photograph of the damage, blemish or defect along with the shipping packaging displaying the label. Please email these pictures to our Customer Support Team, we will provide further details about replacement procedures. Please note Patriots Republic is not responsible for damage caused after items have been received or damages caused by the customer or a third party.
- Damaged/missing Tumblers/Hats/Apparel/Masks - Please provide a photograph of the damage, which will be submitted for review. We will need a clear photograph of the damage, blemish or defect along with the shipping packaging displaying the label. If you are missing and item, please provide a picture of the items you did receive. Please email these pictures to our Customer Support Team, we will provide further details about replacement procedures. Please note Patriots Republic is not responsible for damage caused after items have been received or damages caused by the customer or a third party.
- Delivery Issues: If a canvas shipment is lost due to customer error providing us with incorrect shipping address or is returned to sender as undeliverable due to a customer error, we will not provide a refund.
- No Tracking Option
When you choose the “No Tracking” shipping option, tracking will not be provided. We are not responsible for any packages using this option once they are shipped. If you would like to see the tracking progress of your shipment, please choose the “With Tracking” option.
For Orders/shipments that are not received, please contact our Customer Support Team within 14 days of the order being shipped. If a missing order is not reported within 14 days, it will be harder for the carrier to investigate. All orders that are marked delivered and determined by the Carrier to be delivered correctly are not replaceable, as we are not liable for lost or stolen items.
Canvas Details & Restrictions:
- Canvas Wrap: Upon uploading your photo, our system automatically crops your image, it works with the proportions of the canvas size you’ve selected. We provide you with an accurate preview showing how your photo will appear on the canvas and which parts will be wrapped around the sides and not visible on the front of the canvas. Please make sure to preview and edit your image to appear correctly or you may need to upload a different photo. Please note that changing the canvas size will change the preview each time. Our system will prompt you to check an approval box before you add the canvas to your cart. Once you approve a photo, you are confirming/agreeing that it appears exactly as you want it, and as a result, we cannot guarantee replacements or refunds if the canvas matches the preview that was approved when you placed your order.
- Color Reproduction: Image colors may not appear the same and vary on different computer monitors, compared to your camera, phone or tablet. Patriots Republic reproduces color from your photograph file as closely as possible but cannot exactly match color and density because of limitations in the printing process, monitor calibration and image resolution requirements. Please note that Patriots Republic cannot guarantee color reproduction or image quality from your photograph files. We may refuse a replacement if the canvas is deemed an accurate reproduction of the photo that was submitted.
- Picture Quality: Patriots Republic will not provide a refund or replacement if the issue with the canvas exists in the originally uploaded photograph file. Please be sure your photo is correct.
- Red Eye & Time Stamp Removal: If your original photo has red eye and/or a time stamp, Patriot Republic is not responsible for removing these unless you have selected/requested and paid for the Photo Touch Up. If you have paid for photo touch-up and these items were not removed/corrected, you will be issued a replacement.
- Missing Effects or Photo Touch Up: If an Effect or Photo touch up purchased is not applied, the customer will receive a corrected replacement.
- Missing or Incorrect Frames: If a frame is purchased but is not included with the canvas, we will issue a replacement canvas with the correct frame, unless you would rather have a refund for the difference.
